All KI Accredited Facilitators and Associates are welcome to take this course. If you are not yet accredited, we ask that you schedule a 30-minute video call with us. In that conversation we will determine whether you have enough experience and you can ask your questions and decide whether this program works for you. In this course we will practice and learn:

1. Intercultural facilitation skills

2. Managing conflict in facilitation

3. Exposure to and experience with more of the KI curriculum

4. Theory of Change

5. Setting goals and measuring progress

6. Planning engagements online and on-site

We will offer this course on Mondays from 10am-12noon Pacific Time/12noon-2pm Central/1pm-3pm Eastern from July 8-September 23 (not meeting on September 2, Labor Day).
