Are you ready to equip yourself with the capacity to guide process? In an increasingly polarized and violent world, there is a need for persons to facilitate reasonable and constructive dialogue about important issues. Imagine being one of those persons who is able to provide gracious time and place for truth seeking dialogue that can achieve non-confrontational mutual understanding.

This facilitator training will provide resources to coordinate and facilitate inclusive small group dialogue using the KI gracious leadership tools, skills and processes. Also, it will equip you with tools to learn how to invite people to come to an initial dialogue, designed to achieve mutual understanding through deep listening. This training event will provide KI resources for your work and ministries and for building and nurturing relationships in your congregation.

Using Zoom technology, the sessions will occur on July 8 and 15 from 10am-4pm Pacific time. It is necessary to attend both sessions. There will be a 30 minute meal break and other shorter breaks as needed.

Kaleidoscope Institute uses a sliding scale called GracEconomics. We ask that you pay as close to the upper number as your financial resources allow. The GracEconomic registration fee for this training is $150 - $500 (the workshop is valued at $700). Please let us know if the cost is prohibitive and we can work with you.
