Are you ready to equip yourself with the capacity to facilitate vital conversations? In an increasingly polarized world, there is a need for people who can guide reasonable and constructive dialogue on important issues. Imagine being one of those people who is able to provide gracious time and place for truth-seeking dialogue that can achieve non-confrontational mutual understanding.

This facilitator training will provide resources to coordinate and facilitate inclusive small group dialogue. You will learn:

• The KI gracious leadership tools, skills and processes. 

• Strategies for inviting people to participate in initial dialogues

• Foster mutual understanding through deep listening 

This training event will provide KI resources for your work and ministries and for building and nurturing relationships in your congregation. Completion of this training may contribute to pursuing accreditation as a KI facilitator if so desired.

For those interested in becoming Conversation Guides, the first two sessions will prepare you for that role with KI. As Conversation Guides, you will be prepared to lead our Building Bridges Now sessions. https://www.kscopeinstitute.org/bbn

The sessions will occur on five Wednesdays, September 25 to October 2, 9, 16 & 23, 2024, from 3:00pm-5:30pm Pacific time.

It is necessary to attend all five sessions to successfully complete this facilitator series. Note: If you wish to stop at the Conversation Guide level, you may join us for just the first two sessions.

Kaleidoscope Institute uses a sliding scale called GracEconomics.
